The Board approved minutes of November 16, 2005
Patrick Lyons (30-116.2) B The Board noted a septic repair permit that Mike Renahan approved on November 21, 2005.
John Lamb (17-8.3) B The Board approved this disposal works application.
Whiting Family Nominee Trust (16-7.3) BThe Board approved this well permit application.
Frank Sica (20-78) B The Board approved this well permit application.
Medeiros Excavation B The Board approved a septic installers permit for calendar year 2006 .
June Wilson (30-47) B Reid Silva asked for clarification of the inspection of this septic installation. John Powers is to do a wet test final inspection on the pump chamber. The Board also requested a letter from Kent Healy regarding the inspection he did and they would like to have the pictures Kent took for the file.
The Board asked Sylvia to research Title 5 regarding Aas-built@ plans. Find out if a site drawing showing ties is required.
The Board did not open percolation season.
Mike submitted a report from the Refuse District that is a breakdown of expenditures associated with the drop-off operation at the landfill. Sylvia will research all items on the report.
Jeff Herman (3-26) B Lenny Jason said the building permit does not show any heat in the garage. Mike instructed Sylvia to send Mr. Jason a memo stating that the Board of Health noticed that heating elements were being installed in the slab for the garage.
Ron Nagengast (13-6.3) B The Board reviewed a letter received from Doug Cooper stating that he has reinspected the repair work that was done on this septic system, and all was found in sound operational condition.

Kenneth Iscol (33-100) B Mike asked for the status on the upgrade order issued to Mr. Iscol.
Menemsha Inn (20-8) B No Deed Restriction has been received for the renovation in the workshop. Mike suggested that this be researched with the building inspector.
